Can it work with other vehicle? Or only this one? If it can't work with all vehicles, please check the connector or main cable. If only this vehicle, please upload the datalog for our investigation.

Check first that J2534 is on when u connect with OBD 2 connector, second check the vci is ( small car icon ) showing connectivity or no, if not the use usb cable to connect, some times bluetooth create problem, also give 12v DC power to connector. Try with it, last option can be to update both software snd connector.
